this is where you can find important rules for owning my designs or art by me. failure to follow them may result in a blacklist!

Terms of Service

These are my general rules for ordering from me. By buying, you have agreed to have read them.

Use:

1. Do not delete the toyhouse profile of my designs2. By owning my designs, you have agreed to my TOS3. You may not apply yours, or anyone else's TOS over mine.4. Do not split any designs. If something comes on the original refsheet, it must stay with that design and toyhouse.5. All updates made to this TOS apply to designs owned before they were added.6. backing out in the middle of a hold/payment plan if you do so, you will be blacklisted/warned7. fursuits/vtuber models are ok! If anything I’d love it!!8. I’m ok with co-owns9. you can always offer OCs in my favorites even for BTAs10. color picking my adopts is ok but don't HEAVILY ref the design11. all of my designs come with commercial use12. commissions do not come with commercial use13.I am OK with tracing but please do not trace YCHs or commissions! tracing is good practice but please do not claim it as your own and sell it
